Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost will be higher as the total weight of the order goes up and/or the size of the pots increases. The delivery speed depends on the destination country and product.

You can find the exact shipping time on each product page. Delivery delays can occur occasionally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 days.

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Proof of broken pieces due to shipping/packaging can only be claimed as such by videotaping during unboxing of the package.
